Relaxed in the forest on your carpet of leaves. Feel your breathing slow down.. It's so quiet you can hear your own heartbeat. Your body is comfortable and safe. In your imagination you can let your mind leave your body. Let your mind float up from your body. Look down on yourself. Your face looks so peaceful and relaxed, a tiny smile on your face. Your mind keeps floating up.. Past the branches of trees, past the birds. Look down at your beautiful forest. You see a river flowing to a lake. You float up through the clouds. Below is green and brown land and deep blue sea. White clouds. You see whole continents and the curve of the Earth. The sky darkens from blue to black. You pass the white moon with its dark craters. Comets with long tails. The planets. Mars. The colourful rings of Saturn. Black holes and brilliant supernova.. Whole galaxies. Your mind is free to go wherever it wants in the whole universe. Let it go wherever it takes you.. Let it go...

It's time to begin to come home. Float back. Through black holes. Distant galaxies. Solar systems. Come back past Saturn.. comet.., the white moon. See the ball of the Earth growing as you come closer. Black sky becomes blue. You see continents, rivers. Coming closer.
Floating downwards. Closer to the land and sea. A rich green forest. Past clouds, birds, down to treetops. Your body is exactly where you left it. The same smile on your lips. Your mind enters your body. Think back where you've been...
And gently wake..
